1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contractual relationships between Wiedmer Group KLG or its companies (Ortino, Lawoart, BePhoto.ch, ortino.SAFETY) and their customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded as soon as an order, booking or assignment is confirmed in writing or by email by the relevant Wiedmer Group KLG company.

3. Prices and payment

The prices communicated at the time of order or assignment apply, plus any shipping or additional costs. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Delivery and performance

For Ortino, delivery is carried out by the affiliated regional shops; for Lawoart, BePhoto.ch and ortino.SAFETY, delivery or completion dates are agreed individually. Unless expressly stated as binding, dates are non-binding estimates.

5. Right of withdrawal and return

For purchases made through Ortino, the return conditions of the respective regional shop apply. For individually made works (e.g. custom furniture from Lawoart), there is generally no right of withdrawal, unless required otherwise by law.

6. Liability

Wiedmer Group KLG and its companies are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law. For expert reports and audits in the ortino.SAFETY division, the liability terms agreed in the respective engagement apply.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Dietikon, Switzerland.

8. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
